Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Section 6 – Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Section 7 – Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

If approved, we will replace the item. Refunds are not issued.

Section 8 – Chargebacks & Disputes
By making a purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Failure to do so may be considered a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to provide proof of this agreement to financial institutions in response to disputes.

Section 9 – SMS & Marketing Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from The Wholehearted Rancher, LLC, including marketing and transactional messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
