RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At The Wholehearted Rancher, LLC, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery at info@TheWholeheartedRancher.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Claims submitted without photos or outside of the 3-day window may not be approved.
If your claim is approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you. We do not issue refunds for damaged or defective items—replacements only.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders must be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.
PROCESSING TIME
All items are made to order. Please allow 7-12 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may be extended during launches, promotions, or holidays.
SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
BRANDED IN FAITH T-SHIRT CLUB (SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS)
Branded in Faith T-Shirt Club orders follow a monthly fulfillment schedule and do not ship within the standard processing timeframe.
All subscription orders are processed and shipped between the 19th–24th of each month.
By purchasing or subscribing, you understand and agree to this shipping timeline.
Subscription renewals are processed on the 7th of each month.
Subscriptions must be canceled by 11:59 PM on the 5th to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
Orders for the current month close at 11:59 PM on the 6th. Any new subscriptions placed after this time will be applied to the following month’s shipment.
Subscription orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once the monthly billing cycle has processed.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Wholehearted Rancher, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback for an order that follows the terms outlined above may be considered a violation of this agreement.
