SHIPPING POLICY

General Shipping Information
All items from The Wholehearted Rancher, LLC are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Processing Time (Non-Subscription Orders)
Orders are processed within 7–12 business days before shipping.

Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or events outside of our control.

Branded in Faith T-Shirt Club (Subscription Orders)

Branded in Faith T-Shirt Club orders follow a monthly fulfillment schedule and do not ship within the standard processing timeframe.

Orders for the current featured tee close at 11:59 PM on the 6th of each month.

New members are charged at the time of signup. Memberships automatically renew on the 7th of each month.

To avoid your next renewal charge, cancellations must be submitted by the 5th of the month.

If you join on or before the monthly cutoff, you will receive the tee currently featured on our website. If you join after the monthly cutoff, your membership will begin with the next month's exclusive tee.

Example:
If the current featured tee is July's design and you subscribe on or before July 6, you will receive the July tee.

If you subscribe on July 7 or later, your membership will begin with August's tee.

All subscription orders are processed and shipped between the 19th–24th of each month.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are charged on each recurring subscription order.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Wholehearted Rancher, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
